- Cancellation Policy
A 12-hour cancellation notice is required for appointments. Failure to provide notice results in cancellation fees of $85 for hydrotherapy/rehabilitation and $125 for physiotherapy.

Payment for services is due at the time of consultation. We accept card payments only or pre-payments via bank transfer.

Return Policy
Victoria’s Fair Trading Act 1999 protects consumers, and Melbourne Animal Physiotherapy aims to comply with this and relevant acts relating to Fair Trading.
Choose products carefully; refunds are typically not given for a change of mind. Refund or exchange is available for faulty, wrongly described, or different items from the sample shown, reported within 7 days. Mistakes with orders are rectified by the company.
For sizing errors, items must be returned in ‘as new’ condition. The customer covers postage fees to and from our facility. All returned items must be in original packaging and ‘as new.’
Incorrectly ordered items may incur a $10.00 administration cost.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. As spaces are limited, we encourage early registration.
Payment
A one-time payment of $2,000 until course commencement.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed individually, with full or partial refunds provided, minus an administration fee and financial transaction fees. A deferral option is available for up to 12 months in special circumstances.
Course Postponement
To maintain fairness due to limited places, we recommend avoiding course postponement unless absolutely necessary. Postponement requests will be reviewed individually, with a transfer to a later course possible, space permitting. A fee may apply for transferring to a later course.
Course Cancellation
Melbourne Animal Physiotherapy reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to low registration or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified and offered the option to defer until the course commences at a later date or receive a full refund.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successfully completing the course, you will receive a signed Certificate from Melbourne Animal Physiotherapy.
