Originally from Tasmania, Tahlia completed her physiotherapy studies at La Trobe University in Bendigo. After working across hospital, private practice, and community settings, she moved to Melbourne to focus on animal rehabilitation. She has always loved animals, which naturally led her to pursue a career helping them move and feel their best, and has completed the MAP Animal Hydrotherapy Course to further develop her skills in this area.
Tahlia enjoys working with animals recovering from injury and surgery, as well as those needing support with mobility, strength, conditioning, or general wellbeing. She takes a calm, practical approach and adjusts her energy to suit each animal, enjoying getting to know their individual personality so treatment can be adapted to suit both their needs and their family’s needs.
Outside of work, Tahlia spends much of her time around animals through pet sitting, dog walking, and photography. She also enjoys strength training, exploring nature, travelling, and discovering Melbourne’s food and live music scene.
